Data controller
The controller for data collected on this site is Paul Leborgne EI, the publisher of Publium (6 bis boulevard Berthelot, bureau 3, 34000 Montpellier, France), reachable at [email protected]. Full identity in the legal notice.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through the site's contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- optionally: your company or website name, your profile (merchant, agency, publisher…), your store address, your CMS and the message you write.
We also keep the date of your consent and the page your request came from, as proof and for follow-up.
Why we collect it (purpose and legal basis)
This data is used solely to get back to you about your request and to present our services. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the form's checkbox, unchecked by default.
Your data is never transferred, sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
reCAPTCHA
The site's forms may be protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may therefore collect technical information (interactions, IP address) subject to its privacy policy and terms of service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Analytics
We measure traffic to this site with Umami, software we host ourselves, on stats.publium.fr. The records never leave our servers and are not passed on to any third party.
This measurement sets no cookies and cannot follow you from one site to another. What is recorded is a traffic log: page viewed, referring page, country and approximate region, device, operating system and browser type, screen resolution, language, and a few anonymous interactions, such as a click on a sign-up or quote button, which section of the pricing page was reached, a form submission, a language switch or the end of an article.
Nothing you type is included: no name, no email address, no shop address, no company name, no message. Your IP address is not retained: it is used in hashed form, for the duration of the measurement only, to tell visits apart.
Because it produces anonymous statistics for our own use, without cookies and without cross-site correlation, this measurement falls under the consent exemption set out by the French data protection authority (CNIL). It therefore works even if you decline the banner, but it honours your browser's "Do Not Track" header: with it enabled, nothing is recorded.
Records are kept for no more than 13 months, then deleted. To object to this measurement without enabling "Do Not Track", write to [email protected].
Cookies
This site sets cookies strictly necessary to its operation (session, security) and, after obtaining your consent, analytics cookies via Google Analytics, which benefits from no such exemption, unlike Umami described above, and therefore never loads before you agree. You manage your preferences (accept, refuse or change them at any time) through the CookieYes consent banner on the site. Analytics data is subject to Google's privacy policy.
