What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through the site's contact and demo request forms:
- your name;
- your email address;
- optionally: your company or website name, your profile (merchant, agency, publisher…), your store address, your CMS and the message you write.
We also keep the date of your consent and the page your request came from, as proof and for follow-up.
Why we collect it (purpose and legal basis)
This data is used solely to get back to you about your request and to present our services. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the form's checkbox — unchecked by default.
Your data is never transferred, sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
reCAPTCHA
The site's forms may be protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may therefore collect technical information (interactions, IP address) subject to its privacy policy and terms of service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
