Pricing · orders of magnitude

What content costs, and what Publium takes off the bill.

We don’t publish a grid yet: it gets set with our first customers, and a price announced too early is a wrong price. In the meantime, here are the market benchmarks — the real ones, the ones you pay or charge.

Hand-written content, in France

ServiceBy whomRange
SEO blog article, 1,200 wordsbrief, keyword research, writing, proofreadingExperienced web writer€150 – 350
In-depth article, same lengthangle, data, internal linking, rank trackingSEO consultant or agency€300 – 500
Rewritten product sheetdescription, title tag, meta descriptionWriter or agency€50 – 150
A 300-sheet catalogthe project almost nobody startsFixed-price engagement€15,000 – 45,000

*Ranges observed on the French market, as a benchmark. They vary with the sector, the technicality and the experience — and they are justified: in a content engagement, typing is the smallest part of the work.

What Publium takes off the bill

  • Files and approvals going back and forth over email
  • Logging into each store’s back office
  • Copy-pasting, formatting, hand-written tags
  • Publishing and scheduling it, store by store
  • Looking for the next topic from scratch

What it doesn’t take off

  • The person who picks the angle and approves the text
  • Knowing your products and your customers
  • The craft of whoever proofreads — they’re the one signing

The model

A monthly subscription, with a clear quota

On quote

A fixed monthly rate based on connected stores and content volume, not a price per article. During the beta, invoicing is manual and the grid is set with you — tell us your volume, we answer with a number.

  • The PrestaShop module’s blog stays free, no matter what
  • Your content stays in your store, even if you leave
  • No online payment during the beta: a quote, then an invoice

What we get asked about price

Why not show a price right away?
Because it would be wrong. We’re setting the grid with our first customers — real volumes, number of stores, level of support. A price published before anything has been signed is a hypothesis dressed up as a commitment.
Cheaper or dearer than a writer?
Different. A writer charges per piece and brings an outside eye; Publium is a subscription that removes the production and publishing work. Many agencies keep both: the tool for volume, the human for the pages that carry weight.
What if I only have one store?
That’s common, and often where the gap is widest: with nobody assigned to write, the blog and the sheets don’t move at all. Tell us your catalog and the rhythm you want, we’ll scope it at your scale.
What commitment?
No fixed term. You stop whenever you like: generation stops, the blog and everything already published stay in your store.
